Evening Yin Yoga for Self-Love

In a world that moves fast and demands more than we can often give, this weekly Evening Yin Yoga for Self-Love class offers you a sacred pause — a chance to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner world.
This 60-minute all-levels practice is designed to gently stretch the entire body, calm the mind, and nourish the soul. Through long-held, supported poses, breathwork, affirmations, and meditative rest, you’ll unwind the day’s tension and open up space within — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Yin yoga invites you to soften into stillness, offering deep release for tight muscles and connective tissues while calming your nervous system. Each pose is infused with self-love affirmations, mudras (hand gestures), and gentle breathwork to anchor you back into your heart.
This class is for you if:
You feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stretched thin
You crave stillness but find it hard to slow down on your own
You struggle with tightness in your hips, back, shoulders, or mind
